Is parking available at the hotel?
Street parking is available in the surrounding area. There is no private hotel parking lot, but the neighborhood has several nearby paid parking facilities. Ask us when you book and we'll point you to the closest options.
Can you accommodate early check-in or late check-out?
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures subject to availability. Please contact us in advance and we'll do what we can. There is no guaranteed charge for this — we handle it on a case-by-case basis.
Do you accept pets?
Currently we do not accommodate pets. Please contact us directly if you have a service animal and we will do our best to assist.
How do I get from the bus terminal to the hotel?
The main bus terminal (Terminal Terrestre) is about 2km from the hotel — a taxi costs approximately $2–3 and takes 5–10 minutes. There is also a public bus route (ask the driver for "Centro Histórico"). Taxis are always available outside the terminal.
